Providence Health & Services Foundation Coordinator in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Foundation Coordinator to the Foundation at Providence Health Care Foundation in Spokane, Washington. This is a full time position.

In this position you will:
Be responsible for participating in and/or coordinating a variety of administrative donor development activities including running philanthropic giving reports, donor data entry, invoicing, pledge payments, provide back-up in knowledge and ability to maintain work flow during absences.
Assist during major events, capital campaigns, direct mail and other high volume donation times.
Assist with check requests and financial requirements, and with special event computer work.
Be responsible for the coordination of complex, confidential, and sensitive issues of a broad scope related to gift processing, database management, donor relations and major gift and project fund-raising.
Analyze the results of campaigns and assist with regular reports for presentation to management.
Assist with Foundation Grant tracking.
Required qualifications for this position include:
One or more years of experience in non-profit fundraising, preferably in the healthcare field
Experience with personal computers and ability to work efficiently in a Windows-based environment
Able to operate basic office equipment such as copy machine and fax
Polished written and verbal communication skills
Able to use personal car when needed for community/volunteer activities and meetings
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience with Microsoft Word and Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge database management
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and pivot tables.
