Providence is calling a Nursing Assistant Certified I (Ip Rehab Neuro Stroke, Night Shift, 0.7 FTE) to Providence St Luke's Rehabilitation Institute in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Perform basic nursing procedures in providing direct and indirect assistance to patients of all ages and facilitates communication of patient needs to registered nursing personnel
All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the Institute, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times
Required qualifications for this position include:
Licensed as an Nursing Assistant Certified in the state of Washington
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) certification for the Healthcare Provider or obtain within first 30 days of employment
Certification of completion of a state aproved Nursing Assistant course
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Recent experience as an NAC with a minimum of one year
Must obtain medical assistant registered within six months
