Providence Pelvic Health Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy Department in Spokane, Washington

Description

The Physical Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The staff Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides physical therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

Required qualifications:

  • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

  • upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License. Or

  • upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist Temporary License. Or

  • upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist Interim Permit.

  • upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License (Vendor Managed) - may be required if needed in the service area

  • upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

  • Required upon hire: A background check and motor vehicle report will be completed every two years, if applicable

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.

  • Ph.D. in Physical Therapy.

  • Pelvic Health Physical Therapy certification

  • 1 year In a Physical Therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
