Providence Health & Services Registered Dietitian - Clinical Nutrition in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Registered Dietitian (Clinical Nutrition, Days, 0.0 FTE - Supplemental) to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Assess nutrition needs and identify nutrient requirements of Neonatal and Pediatric patients
Provide individual and group nutrition education.
Partner with nurses and primary physicians to provide dietary recommendations and education for patients and families.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition or nutrition-related field
Current registration with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics or within 120 days of hire
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Clinical dietitian experience in a hospital setting
Neonatal or Pediatric experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
Advanced Certification in Pediatrics or Nutrition Support
Master's Degree in nutrition or nutrition-related field
