Providence Health & Services Registered Dietitian - Clinical Nutrition in Spokane, Washington


Providence is calling a Registered Dietitian (Clinical Nutrition, Days, 0.0 FTE - Supplemental) to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.

In this position you will:

  • Assess nutrition needs and identify nutrient requirements of Neonatal and Pediatric patients

  • Provide individual and group nutrition education.

  • Partner with nurses and primary physicians to provide dietary recommendations and education for patients and families.


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition or nutrition-related field

  • Current registration with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics or within 120 days of hire

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Clinical dietitian experience in a hospital setting

  • Neonatal or Pediatric experience in a hospital or outpatient setting

  • Advanced Certification in Pediatrics or Nutrition Support

  • Master's Degree in nutrition or nutrition-related field
