Providence is calling a Registered Nurse (RN) (Family Maternity Center, Night Shift, 0.6 FTE, 24 hours per week) to Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Accepts and supports the mission and values of Holy Family Hospital.
Supports the Performance Improvement process.
Follows policies related to work attendance and dress code.
Maintains a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Considers individual needs in communication with and assessment and treatment of patients and staff, including ethical, cultural, psychosocial, religious, and age-specific aspects, to include all newborn, adolescent, adult and elderly.
Supports patient rights and the organization’s code of ethical behavior.

Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
All Registered Nurses without a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) must obtain a BSN or higher within 3 years of hire
A RNs with 20 years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a BSN
Active Washington state RN license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card from the following authorized governing bodies:
American Heart Association (AHA)
American Red Cross (ARC)
Military Training Network (MTN)
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) from American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)/American Heart Association (AHA) within one (1) year upon hire
Twelve (12) months acute care experience working with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency at Providence Holy Family.
Bachelors of Nursing degree (BSN)
National certification in area of specialty
