Providence Health & Services Senior Manager, Channel Development + Brand in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Senior Manager, Channel Development Brand to Providence Health & Services in Seattle, Spokane, Richland, WA or Portland OR.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
We are taking our marketing channel development programs to new exciting places. You will work on new challenging projects like our digital marketing (‘story-telling’) programs, social creating specialized channel develop programs.
We believe in investing in our people. You will get to grow develop our team: new skills development innovations pushing the envelope being the team to be on.
We love new things being smart about what we use. You will help us find implement learning tools, technologies assessments to make sure we are always innovating how we get things done.
We have an exciting roadmap to the future, which includes aggressive growth plans multiple initiatives to get us there.
You will lead the design delivery of innovative recruiting campaigns employment branding to strategically identify, attract the best talent through various channels.
You will develop implement employment brand recruitment marketing strategies recruitment channel programs, to elevate the candidate experience, improve candidate engagement expand brand awareness.
You will lead a team; inspiring them to deliver excellence.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Like minded field.
7 years experience with brands, marketing like-minded functions
3 years leadership experience
Experience developing programs to drive traffic online through multiple channels.
Able to explain employment brand or B2B marketing, channel planning practices, concepts management, agency, external partner cross-functional, people leadership to people who aren’t familiar with those things.
Experience leading multiple channels of marketing communications digital social channel development events.
Experience developing high-performing caregiver development functions. Leveraging this background to improve the skills, talent ability of those around you; taking everyone to the next level.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience with Microsoft Office Products, SmartSheet, SharePoint, Strategic Planning Resources / Systems and Google Analytics
