Providence Health & Services Sleep Technologist - Respiratory Care Practitioner (Sleep Lab) in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Sleep Technologist - Respiratory Care Practitioner (Sleep Laboratory, Night Shift, 0.98 FTE) to Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Help to maintain or restore maximum functioning of the patient's cardiopulmonary system in accordance with physician orders and/or departmental protocols
Maintain and properly stores all equipment and supplies
Score polysomnographic recordings accurately and record pertinent technical notes to aid reading physicians in diagnosis of sleep disorders
Participate in performance improvement activities as requested in an effort to continually improve the quality of services offered
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an AMA approved school for Respiratory Care
Current Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure in Washington State
Registry as a Polysomnographic Technologist required within two (2) years of hire
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Current or eligible for Respiratory Therapist registry
Recent experience in the field of Sleep Study technology
